I was there in 2018 and remember these talks and points (I even attended Leyla's workshop on systems).

I sense what has changed is a greater awareness of systems thinking, mostly from seeing conference attendees including it in their profiles, but in terms of actual talk and conference content, we largely shy away from getting into the substance and meat of say, systems theory... perhaps it's too academic?

This year, we've continued to talk about systems in general a lot, and share various perspectives, case studies and so on from s systemic perspective... but one thing we haven't quite done much is talk about systems theory and practices from the systems thinking community.
